 Important : Repairing existing cabinets is not included. The client or contractor needs to have the cabinets, brackets or any type of counter-top support in place the day of the installation (WE DO NOT INSTALL BRACKETS). Your counter-top installation will occur two weeks after you finalize your choices and pay your deposit the balance is collected after the project is completed.  Each Installation needs a 4 HOURS WINDOW (please take the day off). Our demo DOES NOT Include Wall tile removal and PLUMBING .  IF PLUMBING IS NEEDED TO BE DISCONNECTED (Last minute), IT WILL BE $100.00 EXTRA PER SINK. Please Schedule your RE-CONNECTION of plumbing installation for following DAY after your counter-top is installed . WE DO NOT DO PLUMBING.  Over 120 L inches piece cannot be one piece it will have A seam. Please remove everything from under your sink cabinet before the installation . Sink 9''Deep.  Stain made by the client is not our responsibility. We Recommend using : MIRACLE 511 H20 to seal your countertop.  Quotes are only good for 30 days unless otherwise noted. All pricing will be based on final measurements, as estimates do not always match actual measurements taken during the template phase. Unlike quartz slabs that are manufactured for consistency using aggregate quartz and other controlled materials, granite is cut from naturally occurring stone, so the variations can be much greater. The material is 3cm or 2cm.we do not raised counter-top. Any type of stains in countertop caused by the customers not part of our warranty. There is 20% restocking fee for any cancellation. *Instructions or tips post install for maintaining: QUARTZ, no maintaining needs, water and mild cleaners.  Granite: Soap and water is a good options but also here a product that we recommend: Granite Gold Daily Cleaner Spray - StreakFree Stone Cleaning Formula, Made In The USA .  Do not used citric or bleach to clean your countertop.
